I first started here in 2003 as a pre-testing technician before moving onto study. I returned to Lowes & Partners in 2008 and started as an optical assistant and helped out with the IT. I am now looking after the IT for all three of our branches across Northland as well as Operations. I enjoy all sport especially fishing and diving so I am always happy to talk about that big cray or fish with you.

I started work for Lowes and Partners in November 1997 employed as a lab technician assembling and repairing spectacles. Soon afterwards I was given the opportunity to qualify as a Dispensing Optician, becoming first registered in 2002. I have maintained my qualification through continuing education including completing a diploma in front line management in 2005.

I completed my Bachelor of Optometry in 2009 before making the move north to join the team. I am interested in contact lenses and enjoy working with children. I am therapeutically-endorsed and can prescribe prescription-only eye drops, such as antibiotics and steroids. In my spare time, I like to explore the local beaches and crochet cuddly animals.
